Why we built it
Why we built Re:port Flow.
Document output is the "last mile" that gets pushed to the end of every project. Yet in practice it's where things stall — development halts on every design tweak, headless browsers leak memory, and layouts break on Japanese text.
"Can we remove this friction at the root?" Re:port Flow grew out of seeing the same bottleneck over and over across software and DX projects.

What types of documents can I generate?
Invoices, reports, delivery slips, application forms — any fixed-layout document where you need to merge structured data into a PDF.
Can I use this as a PDF generation API in my existing system?
Yes. Send data over HTTPS from any system or SaaS, and Re:port Flow renders a PDF using your saved template. Both sync and async modes are supported.
What's included in the free plan?
Up to 30 file generations per month, 1 template, and 1 user — with no credit card required. Full API access is included so you can prototype an integration end-to-end before paying anything.
Can I automate document generation with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes. An official n8n community node (n8n-nodes-reportflow) is available — install it from Settings → Community Nodes — plus native connectors for Zapier and Make. You can wire Re:port Flow into existing SaaS workflows without writing code.
Can I generate PDFs from Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or VS Code using MCP?
Yes. We ship an official MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, reportflow-mcp. Register it in Claude Desktop / Claude Code / Cursor / VS Code, and you can ask in natural language — e.g. "Generate an invoice for Acme totalling ¥33,000" — to produce a PDF. Authentication is OAuth-based, so no API keys to manage on the client.
How is pricing billed?
All plans are billed in Japanese Yen (JPY), tax included. Annual billing is available on STANDARD and PREMIUM at a 2-month discount. We do not currently support multi-currency billing.
